How We Work
A clear process helps owners understand what is being decided, what comes next, and what is needed to move toward a permit.
1. Project Fit
First, we review the project goals, property, schedule, and known constraints. This helps determine whether the project is a good fit and which services are likely to be needed.
2. Feasibility
Before design goes too far, we look at zoning, site conditions, existing information, and the approvals that may affect the project. The goal is to identify major constraints early and establish a practical direction.
3. Design
We develop the layout, form, and key project decisions with the owner’s input. Options are reviewed at the points where feedback matters most, so the design can move forward with clear priorities.
4. Permit Documents
Once the design is established, we prepare the architectural drawings needed for agency review. The set is coordinated with the project consultants and organized to communicate the work clearly.
5. Agency Coordination
We submit the drawings, track the review, respond to plan check comments, and revise the documents as needed. When planning, fire, health, or other agencies are involved, we help coordinate the architectural response.
